Anthurium Kunayalense (RA) Propagation
Here’s one for the serious collectors: Pure Anthurium Kunayalense RA (Rory Antolakii). Mother plant in last photo. For sale is a the butt cut shown that I propagated off of my mother plant that I purchased as a seedling from Scott Cohen who was selling them in 2022 in partnership with Rory. The main stem has two growth points, one has already grown a perfect leaf with a new root starting to form.
I’ve found that my Kunas grow best in Lechuza pon in low light in pH adjusted water, in as much humidity as possible (80-100% ideal for minimal crisping). This will ship in moss or perlite in a pot / cup. I recommend you keep this in a propagation box for at least a few weeks upon arrival, if not indefinitely to grow to see the most stunning growth.

- LOCAL PICKUP: Local pickup in Oak Park, IL available. First purchase the item from me so it doesn't sell out, then message me to arrange pickup at my home office. I will refund you for shipping when you pick it up!
-US SHIPPING DAYS: I ship Monday and Tuesday from right outside Chicago (and Wed and Sat on rare occasions).

Heat Pack/ Insulation?
-All of my plants are packaged with extreme care, and during the colder months insulation and a heat pack are available for purchase as a separate listing.
What if plant arrives damaged?
- All the Plant Babies cannot be responsible for the weather or any damage done to the package in the hands of the mail carrier. Your plant will ship with insurance. If you plant does arrive damaged you MUST send an unpacking video / photos within 12 hours of receipt if you would like our assistance in filing a claim with the mail carrier or discussing a replacement plant.
To qualify for a replacement plant, you must have:
- Received your plant on the first delivery attempt and
- Entered in the correct shipping address when placing your order initially
