Anthurium Electric Forest -Besseae aff x Dark Round Forgetii - Grower's Choice
2-3 Leaf young seedlings available at this time - grower’s choice only. Here's a GLOWER and a shower: Anthurium Besseae aff x Dark Round Forgetii (NSE Tropicals). This is the second time I am making this cross with these mother plants so you can see plenty of examples of what the mature plants look like in the photos. I have found that eventually, the sinus does close on most of these plants like the father Forgetii. It may take up to ten leaves for this to happen but it did happen on all of mine (no guarantees though). The emergent leaves nearly glow in the dark like the mother Besseae aff.

These babies inherited the minimal veination of Forgetii dad and the gorgeous color contrast of mom on the emergent leaves. Dad is the super round Forgetii with electric green emergents shown in the photos from NSE Tropicals.
NOTE: Minor chlorosis (yellowing or the showing of veins) of the initial first baby leaves on seedlings is very normal and not indicative of the overall health of the plant. These are very young seedlings that are using up a ton of energy from the leaves to photosynthesize and produce roots and new leaves at this stage. As they become more established and you continue to provide fertilizer and good growing conditions, they will grow into strong, healthy plants with green leaves!

If you plant does arrive damaged you MUST send an unpacking video / photos within 12 hours of receipt if you would like our assistance in filing a claim with the mail carrier or discussing a replacement plant.
To qualify for a replacement plant, you must have:
- Received your plant on the first delivery attempt and
- Entered in the correct shipping address when placing your order initially
